About Edge Hill
Edge Hill is an inner suburb of Cairns in Far North Queensland, about four kilometres north-west of the city centre, on the foothills of Mount Whitfield. Its name derives from the township that grew up near the early Edgecliff quarry. The suburb is home to the Flecker Botanic Gardens, Centenary Lakes and Woodward Park.
