Data sources

AllOz assembles place information from public data sources and open mapping services. Attribution is shown inline where the data is used.

• ABS ASGS boundaries: Australian Bureau of Statistics, CC BY 4.0. Boundary data attribution appears on locality pages in the data section.
• OpenStreetMap: map tiles and map data are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors.
• Open-Meteo: weather information is fetched from Open-Meteo without an API key. Attribution appears inside the weather card.
• Wikipedia: when a locality description comes from Wikipedia, the source is linked and the CC BY-SA 4.0 license is noted.

This site is not a data reseller. It presents curated place information using public datasets suitable for free, non-commercial use.
