About Manoora (Qld)
Manoora is a suburb of Cairns in Far North Queensland, established in 1975 and named after HMAS Manoora, which regularly visited the port. Set in Yidinji country west of the Cairns CBD, it straddles the Cairns Western Arterial Road and is home to a diverse community and the Holy Spirit College campus.
