About Eurombah
Eurombah is a remote rural locality split between the Shire of Banana and Western Downs Region, in the Dawson Valley about 121 kilometres north-east of Roma. The landscape features open woodland and dry grassland used for cattle grazing, and it is historically notable as the site of the 1857 Hornet Bank massacre, one of the most significant frontier conflicts in colonial Queensland.
