About Dargo
Dargo is a town in the lower valley of the Dargo River in the Shire of Wellington in eastern Victoria. It grew as a stopping place and supply town for the Crooked River goldfield, was surveyed in 1864, and later became a centre for cattle grazing and mustering on the Dargo High Plains.
