About Barwite
Pastoral locality in the Mansfield Shire of Victoria's High Country, about 180 kilometres north-east of Melbourne. Set between the town of Mansfield and the foothills of Mount Buller, the area is used for cattle grazing on rolling pastoral land. The Mount Buller and Mount Stirling alpine resorts are a short drive away, making Barwite a convenient base for skiing and High Country trails.
