About Mount Steadman
Mount Steadman is a rural locality in the North Burnett Region of Queensland, named for the 354-metre peak that rises in the east of the locality. Its land is used for grazing on native vegetation, and a gold-bearing intrusion-related system has been intermittently explored there since 1888.
