About Mountain Creek (Qld)
Mountain Creek is a residential suburb between Buderim and Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast. Named after the creek draining Buderim's southern slopes into the Mooloolah River, it features extensive riparian reserves, man-made lakes and wallum bushland. Developed from the 1980s, it is known for its education precinct and creekside walking trails.
