About Broadbeach Waters
Broadbeach Waters is a canal estate suburb about 3.8 km south of Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, characterised by extensive man-made canals where most homes have direct water access. The northern boundary follows the Nerang River, and the suburb sits at a low elevation of just 2 to 4 metres above sea level. Its most notable landmark is the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the largest on the Gold Coast with over 400 specialty stores.
