About Maria Creeks

Maria Creeks is a tropical rural locality in the Cassowary Coast Region, about 20 kilometres north-east of Tully in Far North Queensland. Bounded by Big Maria Creek, Kaygaroo Creek and South Maria Creek, with Mount Edna rising in the west, the area supports sugarcane farming and native-vegetation grazing, and forms part of the broader Wet Tropics hinterland near Innisfail.
