About Glen Boughton
Glen Boughton is a rural locality in the Cairns Region, Queensland, situated within the larger locality of East Trinity on the southern shores of Trinity Inlet. It was established in 1989 and named after the Glen Boughton Estate, a dairy and cattle farm set up in 1887. The western part of the locality is flat freehold land used for sugarcane, while the eastern part rises into the Murray Prior Range and remains undeveloped.
