About Camp Hill
A predominantly residential suburb on hilly terrain along the Bulimba Creek catchment. Old Cleveland Road, the main commercial strip, follows the historic route used by teamsters who camped at a waterhole at the foot of Whites Hill, a 120-metre peak in the south now surrounded by a bushland reserve with koalas and walking tracks. It sits between Coorparoo to the west and Carina and Carindale to the east.
