About Holland Park
Holland Park is a predominantly residential suburb about 9.3 km southeast of Brisbane's CBD, established in 1865 on slightly hilly, leafy terrain. Known for Logan Road, its main commercial strip with shops, cafés and bars, the suburb also features the Mount Thompson Crematorium, Queensland's oldest. Post-WWII wooden homes and Queenslander-style houses characterise the area, which has a village atmosphere with good public transport.
