About Carina (Qld)
Carina is a mostly residential suburb seven kilometres east of the Brisbane CBD, bordered by Carindale, Cannon Hill and Camp Hill. Named after the daughter of early settler Ebenezer Thorne, whose estate on Creek Road dates to the 1850s.
