About The Marra
The Marra is a remote pastoral locality on the central-western plains of New South Wales, characterised by vast sheep and cattle stations across open rangeland of sparse mulga scrub and red plains. The landscape is typical of the Orana region, with wide horizons and wide blue skies defining the area. The nearest significant town is Nyngan, roughly 80 kilometres to the south-east.
