About Carrabin
Carrabin is a small town in the Shire of Westonia in the Western Australia Wheatbelt, roughly 43 km east-north-east of Merredin on the railway line to Southern Cross. Gazetted in 1912 and named after its railway siding, the town grew as a wheat-belt centre with grain elevators at the siding and is today served by the Transwa Prospector train.
