About South Burracoppin
South Burracoppin is a rural locality in the Shire of Merredin in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, about 264 kilometres east of Perth. The area is used for broadacre grain farming and adjoins the townsite of Burracoppin, which was the starting point for the construction of the No. 1 Rabbit-Proof Fence in 1901.
