About Bodallin
Bodallin is a small town in the Shire of Yilgarn in Western Australia, located around halfway between Merredin and Southern Cross on the Great Eastern Highway. The town takes its name from a fresh water soak constructed by Charles Hunt in 1865 as part of a chain of wells between York and the Hampton plains, and it remains a stop on the Prospector rural train service between Perth and Kalgoorlie.
