About Naroghid
Naroghid is a small rural locality in the Warrnambool and South West region of Victoria, roughly 52 kilometres north-west of Warrnambool. The area is characterised by gently rolling pastures and fertile soils suited to dairy farming, beef cattle, sheep and cropping, within a reliable rainfall zone south of the Princes Highway. Naroghid retains a quiet agricultural character with a community hall that dates back to a former army barracks building relocated to the site in 1948.
