About Bostocks Creek
Bostocks Creek is a small rural locality in the Corangamite Shire of south-western Victoria, situated approximately 8 kilometres west of Camperdown on the Camperdown-Cobden Road. The undulating pastoral land is embedded in one of Victoria's most productive dairying regions, where rich volcanic soils and reliable rainfall support dairy, beef and sheep grazing. The locality is named after the Bostock family, early settlers in the Western District, and the former Bostocks Creek Primary School operated from 1889 to 1980.
