About Hoddles Creek

Hoddles Creek is a rural locality in the Yarra Ranges of Victoria, about 55 kilometres east of Melbourne and 6 kilometres south of Yarra Junction. Named after a tributary of the Yarra River surveyed by Robert Hoddle in 1844, the area has a history of gold mining and timber milling. Today it supports small farms and horticulture within the scenic Yarra Valley.
