About Chelsea
Chelsea is a coastal suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 30 km (19 mi) southeast of the Melbourne central business district, within the City of Kingston. It sits on the eastern shore of Port Phillip and is the most important bayside suburban centre between Mordialloc and Frankston, popular with beachgoers during summer. Chelsea railway station on the Frankston line opened in 1907.
