Patterson Lakes is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 35 km (22 mi) southeast of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Kingston local government area. Patterson Lakes recorded a population of 7,793 at the 2021 census. Patterson Lakes is mostly a canal community built around the lower section of the Patterson River just 1–3 km (0.62–1.86 mi) upstream of the river mouth into the Beaumaris Bay.
