About Newlands Arm
Newlands Arm is a residential locality on the Gippsland Lakes in East Gippsland, Victoria, situated on the Newlands Arm estuary south of Paynesville and separated from it by the Newlands Backwater. Developed from a 1961 subdivision, the quiet lakeside community is popular for fishing, boating and water skiing, with a CFA station and community hall serving its largely retiree and holiday-home population.
