About Kinleymore
Kinleymore is a rural locality in the South Burnett Region of Queensland, situated between the towns of Murgon and Proston. The name combines the surnames of three original settlers — Kinnear, Leys, and Morey. The area has a pastoral and farming heritage, and once had its own railway station on the Proston line, which closed in 1993.
