About Mount Kelly
Mount Kelly is a rural locality in the Shire of Burdekin, situated approximately 50 kilometres south of Ayr and 70 kilometres south of Townsville in North Queensland. The locality is bounded to the south and southeast by the Burdekin River, with Kelly Mountain rising to 186 metres at its centre and a lookout offering views across the surrounding sugarcane and grazing land.
