About Bushland Beach
Bushland Beach is a coastal residential suburb in Townsville's northern beaches area, about 22 km northwest of the CBD, bordered by the Coral Sea to the north, the Bohle River to the northeast and Mount Low to the south. Known for its sandy beach, natural tree cover and relaxed coastal living, it overlooks Halifax Bay and features Ocean Palms Resort and Peggy Banfield Park.
