About Postmans Ridge
Postmans Ridge is a hilly rural locality on the range between the Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba, about 14 kilometres east of Toowoomba. Named after a mailman murdered in the early coaching days, Wards Hill rises to 424 metres and Rocky Creek forms part of the south-western boundary. The Pioneers Memorial Hall stands on original grant land given to the community.
