About Eudlo

Eudlo is a rural town and locality in the Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland, Australia, located 25 kilometres south-west of Maroochydore in a hinterland valley below the Blackall Range. Its name derives from an Aboriginal word meaning "freshwater eel". The locality features Eudlo Creek, a railway station on the North Coast line since 1891, and a Chenrezig Buddhist centre.
