About Wenlock
Wenlock is a remote rural locality in the Shire of Cook on the Cape York Peninsula of Queensland, about 218 km east-north-east of Weipa. Most of the locality lies west of the Great Dividing Range within the Gulf of Carpentaria drainage basin, and it contains three sections of Batavia National Park; land use is mainly grazing on native vegetation.
