About Parkside (Qld)

Parkside is a suburb of Mount Isa on the eastern bank of the Leichhardt River in Queensland, Australia. It is home to Mount Isa State High School, established in 1953, and features public reserves and bowling clubs. The suburb provides access to the Riversleigh Fossil Centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Lake Moondarra, a popular recreational lake near the outback mining city.
