About Julatten
Julatten is a rural town and locality in the Shire of Mareeba, Queensland, Australia, on the edge of the Atherton Tableland at approximately 450 metres elevation. Its name derives from an Aboriginal word for "small creek". The area supports sugar cane, beef cattle, and barramundi farming, and is a Wet Tropics birdwatching destination.
