About Craiglie

Craiglie is a coastal rural locality in the Shire of Douglas, Queensland, Australia, located six kilometres south of Port Douglas. Established in 1877 as a teamster camp known as "Four Mile", it now serves as the gateway to Port Douglas via the Captain Cook Highway. The area supports sugar cane farming and highway services.
