About Dutton River
Dutton River is a remote outback locality in the Flinders Shire of north-west Queensland. The Flinders River flows through the area from south-east to south-west, joining expansive Mitchell grass plains and channel country that support extensive cattle grazing. The locality lies between the regional centres of Hughenden and Richmond in Queensland's vast Gulf Country.
