About Kemmis
Kemmis is a rural locality in the Isaac Region of central Queensland. The terrain is mountainous in the west and north, with peaks including Mount Hess and Mount Lookout, while the south is lower and flatter. The South Walker Creek coal mine is in the south of the locality, and much of the remaining land is used for grazing.
