About Strathfield (Qld)
Strathfield is a rural locality in the Isaac Region of Central Queensland, on the Peak Downs Highway between Nebo and Moranbah. The Goonyella railway line and the Hall Creek branch serve two coal mines in the locality, the Coppabella and South Walker Creek open-cut operations, and Bee and Copper Creeks drain towards the Fitzroy River.
