About Eaglefield
Eaglefield is a rural locality in Central Queensland, 89.3 km north-north-west of the coal-mining town of Moranbah. The Suttor River forms its western boundary, and the Goonyella-Abbot Point railway line crosses the locality serving the North Goonyella coal mine. Most of the land is cleared for low-density cattle grazing, with coal mining proposed.
