About Eagleby
Eagleby sits on low-lying river flats at the confluence of the Logan and Albert rivers, making it prone to periodic flooding. The area was settled by German farming families in the 1800s and supported co-operative sugar mills until the 1940s. It lies immediately east of Beenleigh, separated from Brisbane's CBD by roughly 32 kilometres.
