About North Booval
North Booval is a residential suburb of Ipswich in the City of Ipswich, Queensland, located approximately six kilometres north-east of the Ipswich CBD and 38 kilometres south-west of the Brisbane CBD. Bounded to the north and west by the Bremer River, to the east by Bundamba Creek and to the south by the Main Line railway, the suburb is predominantly residential with river flats used for grazing on native vegetation. Booval railway station on its southern border provides rail access to Ipswich and Brisbane. Trinity Ipswich Uniting Church, formed in 1970, includes a congregation from the Pacific Island nation of Niue holding services in Niuean language.
