About Deebing Heights
Deebing Heights is a semi-rural southern suburb of Ipswich, Queensland, encompassing the Deebing Creek area and the lower foothills of the Flinders Peak Group. The suburb is historically significant as the site of the Deebing Creek Mission, an Aboriginal reserve established in 1892 on Ugarapul/Yuggera land. It forms part of the planned Ripley Valley growth corridor.
