About Reedy Creek (Qld)
Reedy Creek is a residential suburb in the southern Gold Coast hinterland, about 16 to 20 km south of Surfers Paradise near Burleigh Heads and Varsity Lakes. Characterised by bushland settings, protected wildlife corridors including habitat for black cockatoos, and the Reedy Creek waterway flowing through it, it sits at elevations from 10 metres to over 190 metres. Known as a family-friendly area with larger blocks and several private Christian colleges, it has easy access to the M1 Motorway.
