About Burleigh Heads

Burleigh Heads is a coastal suburb on the Gold Coast, 80 kilometres south of Brisbane. Famous for its surf beach and the 27-hectare Burleigh Headland National Park, it was traditionally the land of the Kombumerri people, who called the headland Jellurgal.
