About Pacific Pines
Pacific Pines is a master-planned residential suburb developed from 1993 on former pastoral and pine plantation land. It sits between the Pacific Motorway and the Nerang State Forest, with a central lake park serving as the community focal point. The suburb lies close to the Gold Coast's major theme parks and is approximately 10 kilometres northwest of Southport.
