About Maudsland
Maudsland is a rural-residential suburb in the northern part of the City of Gold Coast in Queensland, bounded by the Coomera River and the suburbs of Gaven, Oxenford and Willow Vale, with the M1 motorway running through it. Large residential lots, horse paddocks and remnant farmland give it a semi-rural character popular with horse owners seeking a country lifestyle within the city. The suburb's original farmhouse is a National Trust Protected Place, and Maudsland joined the City of Gold Coast in 2005, having previously been part of Albert Shire.
