About Molendinar
Molendinar is a mixed-use suburb in the City of Gold Coast, bounded by the Smith Street Motorway, Olsen Avenue, Southport-Nerang Road and the Pacific Motorway. Blending residential pockets with the Gold Coast's main industrial estate and the Gold Coast University Hospital precinct, it also holds the heritage-listed Ernest Junction railway tunnel, a remnant of the 19th-century South Coast line.
