About Labrador
Labrador is a coastal suburb in the City of Gold Coast, Queensland, located 3 kilometres north of Southport. Overlooking the Gold Coast Broadwater, the area was originally part of traditional Yugambeh and Kombumerri country and was first developed in the 1880s when sugar farmer Robert Muir purchased land fronting the Broadwater.
