About Umbiram
Umbiram is a rural locality in the Darling Downs, about 24 kilometres south-west of Toowoomba. The area is characterised by productive black-soil plains used for broadacre cropping, beef cattle and grain growing. The Gore Highway and Millmerran railway line both traverse the locality, which was historically served by two railway stations.
