About Ramsay (Qld)
Ramsay is a mountainous rural locality about 23 kilometres south of Toowoomba in the Toowoomba Region. The Great Dividing Range passes through the area, with peaks including Hay Peak at 736 metres and Darling Point at 634 metres. Named after pastoralist and politician Robert Ramsay, the locality includes the heritage-listed Ramsay State School.
