About Muldu
Muldu is a rural locality in the Toowoomba Region of Queensland, on the Darling Downs north of Oakey. Its name is an Aboriginal word meaning "shade", assigned to the Muldu railway station by the Queensland Railways Department in 1911, and Muldu State School operated on Muldu Plainview Road from 1917 until 1966.
