About Mount Hutton (Qld)
Mount Hutton is a rural locality in the Maranoa Region of Queensland, about 28 kilometres southwest of Injune. The locality takes its name from the eponymous mountain rising to 940 metres above sea level in the northeast. The land is used for grazing on native vegetation, and the area was part of a government soldier settlement scheme following World War I.
